The Realize Flood Park Phase 1 project is out for rebid with plans and specifications and key dates posted at San Mateo County Public Works.

The project includes construction of a multi-use sport field, sports courts, picnic and reservation areas, walking paths, utility infrastructure, the northern parking lot, and other items required by the Project Plans and Specifications at Flood Park.

Once a contractor is selected in early 2024, a construction timeline will be announced.
