School groups grades 3rd and up enjoy a two hour docent-led tour throughout Fitzgerald Marine Reserve. Students will learn about the geology and human history of the reserve as well as the rich diverse life of the tide pools and the ocean.
These tours correspond to low tides. Reservations are filled by an application process that makes it easier to schedule a group visit and provides more outdoor educational opportunities to schools where at least 40% of children are from low-income households (Title 1 schools).
