On July 3, 2019 the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) published the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Program.
The NOFA can be accessed at https://www.hudexchange.info/resource/5842/fy-2019-coc-program-nofa/. It establishes this year’s funding criteria for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Programs (sometimes also referred to as the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act programs).

The meeting will provide details on our local process and will include opportunities to ask questions. This meeting is open to anyone interested in learning more about this funding opportunity.

UPDATE- Project Priority List:
The project priority list has been posted below as Project Priority List 9-4-19 and Review Panel Minutes. Please note this is the ranking pending resolution of any appeals and final approval by the CoC Steering Committee. The project priority list will be reviewed and approved by the CoC Steering Committee during its meeting on September 20, 2019 (10:30am-12 noon, HSA office, 1 Davis Drive, Belmont). The final ranking will be posted after the approval by the CoC Steering Committee.

The Consolidated Application has been posted.
