On October 5, 1995, at approximately 2001 hours, a Causasian or possible Hispanic male pedestrian was struck by a train at California Street and Oak Grove Avenue in Burlingame. The remains bore no identification. The subject had an analog watch with a light-colored face and dark, leather type wristband. Subject was wearing a "Ray-Chem W&C Safety Awareness" shirt. Eight (8) shirts were produced and only five (5) can be accounted for.

Ancestry: European descent, possible Hispanic

Age: Approximately 33-46 years

Eyes: Brown

Hair: Brown

Height: Approximately 5'06" to 5'08"

Weight: Approximately 145 lbs.
